Style Heist clothing- Review -

I was very excited to find that I had won a twitter competition for a fab clothing company called Style Heist. The prize was a £25 voucher to spend on their site and on their fashionable clothing. Although I do get to review some brilliant products, I am not usually one for winning competitions for things I really want! So of course this was a great surprise and definitely came in handy for ordering something new to wear for

Valentine’s day. I am terrible at making decisions and it actually

took me about 3 days just to choose what I wanted! My poor boyfriend was sick to death of being asked the question ‘this one or this one?’. The prices on the site were so reasonable, with a heavily discounted sale on also. Which meant my £25 voucher went pretty far. I got 2 dresses totalling at £24.95 so for me that meant I had grabbed 2 dresses for free! yay! The only cost was a small amount for p&p which was £3.95. After much deliberation I finally decided on the Gina snakeskin dress (pictured left) and the Red tartan sasha swing dress(pictured right)

I ordered both in a size 12 mainly for the ahem…big boobs and they both fit like a dream. The snakeskin dress was figure hugging and really flattered my curves, and I actually felt quite slim in the dress. I liked that it had a slip attached inside to stop it being see-through which you do find with a lot of celeb style body cons you can buy. The dress, although a bargain price at only £10, did NOT look cheap whatsoever. I loved it from the moment I put the dress on and felt very comfortable in it. This dress is a style that normally appeals to me.

However the swing dress on the other hand was completely not something I would normally go for. I had seen swing dresses being talked about a lot recently and they had just never appealed to me before. In my eyes they would make me look pregnant, would be very unflattering and look like I was wearing a tent. But my god was I wrong! I decided on the swing dress as my second item because I decided to see what the fuss was about. With the idea that I could always swap it if it wasn’t something I liked. I am so so glad that i ordered it. In fact I would go as far as to say its now one of my favourite styles of casual dresses! Every single mummy still wearing maternity clothes a year after having your baby (yes I did that!) and every mummy that feels down about their post baby body, GO BUY A SWING DRESS! Ok, so as you can tell I got a bit excited about this item. But it’s rare you find something that looks amazing and is completely comfortable also. The swing dress hangs in a flattering way to hide any lumps and bumps without giving the illusion that you are either pregnant or hiding something under there! I especially love the tartan pattern on the one I ordered and the colours were even more vibrant than they appeared in the photo online. The dress was super soft and the material felt very good quality. I am planning on ordering one of these in every pattern/colour! This particular swing dress was only £14.95! I would pay 3 times that (maybe more) to feel that nice in a dress. Even the boyfriend stopped to appreciate it and he suggested I wear it for Valentine’s day, which I did!

As well as having stylish clothing at great prices the customer service is amazing and my items arrived very quick!
