Have Fun With The Kids This Easter Holiday Without Spending A Fortune
So I did a post last year on things to do in the Summer holidays and thought, why not do another one for Easter. The holidays for kids are a time for fun, for parents however it can mean expensive trips out to keep them entertained and it can be hard to think of lots of things to do. The top attractions can be far too expensive and aside from your local freebies/cheap days out such as parks, museums and farms it really can be difficult to come up with other ideas. I have put together a list of fun things that should be available to most people depending on where they…

Wicked Uncle Online Toy Store – Review
I just recently discovered Wicked Uncle when specifically looking for wooden toys for my son. I am a huge fan of wooden toys and they have a good range available on their site. I was delighted when I was offered the opportunity to test out their website and order some toys for my little man. The site isn’t like the normal toy sites you come accross and it is meant to make shopping for children a lot easier for people. Normally you can narrow it down by the types of toys, by the gender and sometimes even between pre-school…

Officially a Toddler – Prince Reid’s Ball
It was my baby boys 2nd birthday last month on Halloween. I couldn’t believe he was turning 2 already and I just wasn’t ready for my baby to be, well, not a baby anymore. I made sure to send out invites super early, with his birthday being on Halloween I wanted to get in there before people booked that weekend up with Halloween parties. I made the party at lunch time for a few hours so people could still do the normal Halloween stuff later in the afternoon and evening. People assumed I would do a Halloween theme but I promised myself I would not do that on his birthday…

The Gro Company Gro-Clock Review
I was sent the Gro-Clock to try out from The Gro Company who specialise in baby products from Nursery to travel items. I had heard of the Gro-Clocks before but had never tried one, mainly because my son is actually a very good sleeper. Since he was just a few months old he has slept through the night and currently sleeps from 7.30pm until anywhere from 8am until 10am the following morning. It may seem a little pointless reviewing a product like this when my son sleeps very well however I did want to try it for a few reasons. The first being as a night light, the second as…

Intu Metrocentre – Gateshead
The North East is full of many great places to visit with lots to see and do, one of the most popular being the huge shopping mall in Gateshead, the intu Metrocentre. It is the largest shopping mall in Europe at 2,093,000sq ft and if you walked past every shop front you would have walked 3.5 miles (who would have thought that shopping could be such a good work out!). So save the money you would spend on a gym membership a month and go shopping instead! The Intu Metrocentre has everything from an IMAX Odeon Cinema to a variety of popular reataurants such as Nandos, Zizzi, Pizza Express and of course…

Potty Training – Come Round Potty Training Bundle
I recently signed up to a site called Come Round which is a fresh & unique way to get your hands on amazing and exclusive products. All you have to do is: 1. Register for a Come Round account 2. Check out the What’s On page 3. Apply for parties that are live! They were looking for people for a Potty Training Kit (on this occasion I didn’t need to hold a party) and it was perfect with my son being the age he is at. So I thought I would tell you all about my experience of just…
