Supermummy Secrets Went to Comic Con!
On Sunday I attended this years Comic Con at the Metro Radio Arena. It was my first time going to the event and I have to admit I really didn’t know what to expect. I went with Simon from What Sie Says – Movie News and Reviews (aka the boyfriend) and his little helper Reid in the matching t-shirt (aka our son). I have to say, I had pretty high expectations for the event after seeing photos from past events all over the world and knew it was hugely popular. We had a nice family day out however It definitely wasn’t what I had…

Soda Stream Review
I was out shopping with my mum in Aldi recently and I love having a good browse through the deals and the bits and pieces in the metal display carts. I was having a good rummage through the sale items and was extremely excited and suprised to find a soda stream reduced from £49.99 to £29.99! I had been wanting one of these for a while as I love fizzy drinks but don’t allow myself to have them often due to the amount of sugar. The Soda Stream allows you…

Beara Beara – Santa Cruz Backpack Review
Whilst flicking through Twitter recently, a page really caught my eye. The page was called Beara Beara and I decided to check out their site. They then began collaborating, turning the owner’s designs in to never seen before handbags. The full story behind how…

BabyDan Configure Gate
The layout of our house means that we have have an open stairway in our living room. This looks great and is typical in a lot of modern houses however is not exactly practical with a baby/toddler. My son like a lot of children went through a phase of constantly climbing up the stairs. He thought it was funny every time we came and got him and said no. There was a time when I don’t think I could sit down longer than 2 minutes before I had to get up again and get him off the second step. Although this was tiring, it never really became a problem…

Oxfam Boutique – Durham
Oxfam Boutique – 18 Elvet Bridge, Durham, DH1 3AD I have always lived in County Durham up until a few years ago when I met my partner and moved to Newcatle with him for a few years. I recently moved back to Durham at the end of last year with my partner and our son and although I used to spend almost every day in the centre, it feels like a brand new city again! So much has actually changed and I feel like I have had very little time since moving to have a good look around. So in saying that I decided to google the shops in the…

GAYA Make-up review – Mineral Foundation and Gel Eye-liner
I was offered the chance to try a new brand of mineral make-up called GAYA and I was very excited as I am a huge mineral make-up fan. I was sent two products to try, the first being their mineral foundation and the second a gel eye-liner. Check-out my vlog review at the bottom of the page or you can read more below. Mineral Foundation (colour MF1) – £24.99 As mentioned previously, I am already a huge fan of mineral makeup and usually use the same foundation every time. I tried this foundation for the first time and I have to say I thought it was fantastic. My favourite thing…
